Please ensure you have read our terms and conditions of payment. These have been designed to protect your rights as a customer as well as our rights as a business.
Payment and Deposit
To secure your booking a deposit of 30% of your holiday rental price is payable at the time of booking if this is made over 6 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise full payment will be required. No bookings can be confirmed until this payment has been received.
Please note that payment of your deposit is taken as confirmation that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
The outstanding balance and security deposit must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment is by bank transfer.
Security Deposit
The standard and minimum security deposit is £300. This amount is taken as security against any accidental damage that may occur when you are on holiday. It is repaid to you by bank transfer within 2 weeks of your holiday.
Please note the security deposit does NOT represent the maximum you may be asked for if significant damage does occur. Guests may be asked to pay a larger amount in addition to the security deposit depending on the damage incurred.
Cancellation
If you do have to cancel your holiday, please do so by email to cmariadrew@aol.com and ensure you are in receipt of a confirmation that your email has been received.
For cancellations within 6 weeks of arrival a 100% charge of your total rental will apply. All deposits are non-refundable.
Any no-show will be charged 100% of the total rental fee.
If the cancellation is made prior to 6 weeks before your stay, only the deposit is forfeit.
It is recommended that guests take out holiday insurance, when you first book your holiday, to give you peace of mind if you have to cancel.
If we have to cancel your holiday because of government restrictions due to a pandemic, then 100% of all monies paid will be refunded.
